• Responsible for providing excellent restaurant floor service to Members and Guests, ensure they are satisfied with the dining experience
• Supervise, direct and carry out the duties assigned, which include mise-en-place, opening and closing duties and any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
• Ensure all billings and charges follow the correct billing procedures according to instructions, orders taken and entered accurately into POS
• Ensure precise communication with the kitchen regarding menu changes, availabilities and special requests
• Handle minor Member concerns and escalate to the Restaurant Manager where required

• Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine 曾接受職業先修或相關專業西式廚藝訓練
• 2-3 years working experience in kitchen of high-end hotels or Western restaurants 2-3年或以上高級酒店或西餐廳經驗
• Good command of oral English or Cantonese 流利英語或粵語會話

• Properly handle food, equipment and utensils 正確處理食物、工具及器皿

• Handle the critical section for month end closing, including journals preparation, stock reconciliation and physical stock count and ensure timely and accurate output
• Prepare a monthly analysis report, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and cost control reports
• Review recipe costing based on menu provided by F&B Kitchen team
• Provide support to operation departments, including pricing update and create item codes of point-of-sales and purchase system
• Regularly review the item master list in ERP system to update obsolete and duplicate items and ensure UOM conversions are placed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Director

• At least 2 years lifeguard with experience
• Professional Qualification:Holder of a valid Hong Kong Pool Lifeguard Award
• Valid and current First Aid/CPR/AED Certificates

• Maintain constant surveillance of members in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of members in the event of an emergency
• Maintain a clean facility, ensuring swimming pool and surrounding areas are clean and tidy at all times
• Understand and maintain swimming pool water quality, recording accurate PH levels, Chlorine Levels and temperature hourly
• Maintain first aid equipment, ensuring equipment is in working order at all times
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Activities Manager

• Communicate with other departments to ensure Members’ expectation on dining, Club & Private Events is met
• Handle Member concerns and feedback where appropriate, escalate to Manager or Senior Management where required
• Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned by Member Services Manager
